Toby Crane

Toby Crane is a Sport and Exercise Psychologist trainee in the UK, currently completing his Stage 2 Qualification with the British Psychological Society. He holds a BSc and MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology and works with individuals, teams, and groups across ages, abilities, and sports, with particular experience in endurance events.


Unique Approach: Toby combines clients’ lived experiences with the latest Sport Psychology research to help them reach their goals. His background includes a performance analysis internship with Wigan Warriors Rugby League and fieldwork with endurance athletes, including the world’s toughest row and Canada’s Toronto Marathon Psyching Team.

Malavika Vishwanath

She holds a Master of Education degree in Counseling and Sport Psychology from Boston University. With 2 years of applied experience in the field, she combines her training in mental health and performance enhancement to holistically aid in athletes’ well-being.

Unique Approach: She is clinically trained in identifying and healing eating disorders and body image issues in athletes. An Ekalavya awardee and NCAA All-American in swimming, her 15 years of elite athletic experience in India and the USA adds to her personal understanding of athletes’ experiences.

Dr Sahen Gupta

With a MSc and Doctorate in Sport & Exercise Psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University, he conducts regular individual and group sessions with developmental and elite athletes from different sports. He has travelled with teams to ICC World Cups, European Qualifiers, European and National Championships as the Head Sport Psychologist.

Unique Approach: He is one of the few Sport Psychologists trained in psychotherapy and works on balancing mental health with performance and aims to bring cutting-edge research into applied performance benefits.
