PEP for Kids & Parents

According to international research, around 70% of the kids stop playing organized sports by the age of 13 years because “It’s just not fun anymore”. It’s difficult to manage multiple focus areas such as school, friends as well as distractions of social media. There is enormous pressure and expectations from peers, parents, and coaches.
Clearly, the unseen hurdles go beyond the physical. Sports psychology becomes the vital link, arming young athletes with skills to conquer mental barriers. With the help of expert Sport Psychologists, our program helps kids develop skills to understand thoughts and feelings that interfere with optimal performance and enjoyment of their sport, while also equipping families to play an active and informed role in their child’s sporting journey.
